I also heard a rumor that we will eventually be able to war dec NPC corps cheers Not sure if this will be coming in Dominion or not.

If you haven't read up on the forums, here's some highlights of what's coming in December 2009 or so.

- POSs will no longer govern sovreignty
- There will be only 1 level of sov
- Systems are claimed using Sov Modules
- Systems can be reinforced/exploited using Military, Economic or Industry type structures
- Barren 0.0 systems will have new riches to be uncovered by using new scanning/probing/researching tools
- No more POS bashing to break sov!!!

The idea is to break up the hold that the alliances have on 0.0 and make it easier for smaller groups (us) to go in a have a half decent chance of owning a small part of 0.0

I think this is a good thing.
